This e-novel is a anthology of 14 erotic stories. There is a little
something for everyone in this anthology as topics covered are ghosts,
memories, and even a little bondage. The overriding theme is however,
romance, and this collection is definitely written with women and/or
couples in mind.
The collection has two stories with a Christmas concept. In the "Christmas
Present," a husband and wife are playing Santa and the bad girl. Instead
of coal in her stocking, she gets a little something else. In "White
Christmas," a woman is spending a lonely Christmas in a cabin after
the breakup of her relationship with Georgie. She goes to sleep and
he appears to her creating a very intense erotic dream. But, was it
really just a dream?
Dreams play a role in "The Portal" as well. Again a woman is staying
in a cottage, but this time she has suspicions that the cottage is haunted.
A specter appears that seems to be her dead husband. Even from beyond
the grave, he can take an earthly presence and fill her needs completely.
Memories also work with dreams in several other selections such as
"Candles In the Breeze." Here a woman is searching for just the right
anniversary present in a store when she begins to daydream about their
relationship. "Turning Tides Of Time" also focuses on the fine line
between daydreams and memories. In this one, a woman remembers a special
someone during her college days and goes to find him at her college
reunion. What she sees is quite a surprise!
There are many more stories in this collection than mentioned here.
Regardless of the device or plot twist used, the overall theme is romance.
Romance in memory, romance in reality, or a complete lack of romance,
such as in the closing story, "Confessions Of A Phone-Sex Girl." This
94-page e-novel carries the romance theme very well and should be enjoyed
by the target audience.
