This interesting non-fiction work is broken up into ten main chapters blending western cultural ideas regarding male sexuality along with traditions and customs of the East. This is evident from the first chapter titled "Leaders Of The Pack" where three forward thinkers in the realm of male sexuality who each blend Tantric sex and Taoism along with western cultural ideas to achieve a higher state of male sexuality. Joseph Kramer, Mantak Chia, and Stan Dale are each profiled along with recommended exercises and web site resources from each person.

The next chapter, following in the same format is titled 'Sexual Spirit" The editor notes that:

"The men in this chapter have been and are extraordinary and exceptional performance artists. They have created new rituals around the body and sexuality, seen performance and indeed sex itself, as an art form and used their creative talents to be open to the magic of sex. They have seen the world in a different way and sought to express this publicly."

She profiles William de Ridder, Keith Hennessy, and Panos Couros as well as including their recommended exercises and resources.

This format continues throughout the entire book as various expressions of male sexuality are covered and discussed. Topics range from Transgenderism, Domination and/or Submission, Swinging, to other various sexual practices. All are covered in depth and well with exercises and techniques relevant to each topic. There is a separate section in regards to male sexual disabilities, both in the mental and physical senses with suggestions and exercises to assist in overcoming the disability. Finally, the work moves into separate chapters on Religion and Relationship Building and how each one plays a vitally important role in male sexuality.

As it states on the back cover:

"An outstanding collection of writing from over 20 of the world's leading male sex experts, designed to improve and enhance sexual pleasure."

For once, this in not blatant promotional hype, but actual fact. The information presented in the work is interesting and non-judgmental as it seeks to help every single male in his sexual happiness. This is an enjoyable, informative and interesting read and speaks to something deep inside each and every man. It is up to you to find it, let it out, and hopefully share with the one you love.
